How much notice do you need to book?
Booking can be made on the day of check in depending on availability.
How many contractors can you accommodate?
Currently 5 rooms (5 people, 1 per room) have been completed. However more rooms are being renovated all of the time. If you have dates in the future that you need serviced accommodation for please get in touch, we have a timeline and will be able to tell you if we will have more available by the time you need them. Long term there will be a total of 17 rooms and suites.
What are the cooking facilities?
Each standard room has a kettle, toaster and microwave, kitchen sink, crockery, glassware and silverware.
We are currently investigating the possibility of introducing the additional facility of a shared kitchen where guests will be able to use more specialist equipment e.g. hob and oven.
Each of the suites have a full kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave, hob and oven.
Do all of the rooms and suites have WiFi?
Yes, all of our rooms and suites have great WiFi connections.
Do you offer FREE parking?
Yes, we have ample FREE parking to allow for a vehicle per room. We have our own private car park and can accommodate large vehicles and vans.
If additional spaces are required please get in touch to ensure that we have the extra available for the dates that you require.
Do you offer an accommodation cleaning service?
Each room is routinely cleaned each week or at the end of a stay, whichever is shortest. Additional cleans can be scheduled, please chat with us about frequency and cost.
Does the accommodation have laundry facilities?
Yes, we have a dedicated guest laundry with washers and driers.
In addition, we also have a ‘drying room’ where guests can rinse and drip dry muddy and wet outerwear, wetsuits and beach gear.
Are there any additional charges?
There are additional optional charges:
- Breakfast baskets (delivered to your doorstep),
- Cooked breakfast – available Monday to Friday,
- Self-service laundry,
- Additional cleaning services.
